Here’s the structure of every 90-minute call:
Opening (5 minutes): Grounding breath. Everyone arrives. Your nervous system learns: this is a bounded container.
Teaching moment (10-15 minutes): I address a common sticking point I’m noticing across the group. Pattern that’s showing up for multiple people. This isn’t lecture. It’s naming what I’m seeing so you can recognize it in yourself.
Hot-seat coaching (40-50 minutes): 2-4 people get coached on real patterns showing up in their lives right now. Others witness. If you’re being coached, I’m working with your actual life. Not theory. If you’re witnessing, you’re watching someone work with a pattern you probably recognize. Their breakthrough often illuminates yours.
Community reflection (15 minutes): Anyone can share what landed. You can type in chat if speaking feels too vulnerable. Or just listen.
Closing (5 minutes): Integration prompt for the week. We end with breath.
You’re never put on the spot. You raise your hand when ready. You can submit questions anonymously before calls. Witnessing is participation.
