I wanted to share a quick note thanking Frantzces Lys for educating members of the United Women in Business Foundation about therapy! Frantzces was easy to talk to and definitely knew her stuff. After attending a monthly support group for BIPOC women led by Frantzces, I knew we needed to collaborate with her. Frantzces was the speaker for UWIB Foundation’s October event focused on mental health and how to choose the right therapist. She was fully hands-on in building the event concept. As a speaker, Frantzces offered a safe space with her warm demeanor. The event was an hour long with the last half dedicated to questions from attendees. Some questions were more complicated than others, but Frantzces thoughtfully answered everything in a way that made attendees feel like we were truly talking to a friend. The information was easy to understand and Frantzces offered tons of resources for us to check out in our own time. Of all the events I have helped organize at UWIB Foundation, I received the most gratitude and recap requests for this one. It’s easy to see why Frantzces has a growing number of loyal attendees at her events. I look forward to what she has in store next!

PureSpark would like to thank Frantzces Lys for donating her time during our Wednesday wellness session : Peer Support by PureSpark. During this hour long session Frantzces was able to explain the differences between a therapist and a Life Coach. Life coaching is a new concept to many; it’s important for potential clients to understand that therapy and life coaching is not the same, Frantzces was able to do that as well as answer questions from our Support Group attendees. Thank you and we hope to work with you again in the future.

Last year, Ebony Expats hosted a 12-week online news show for our international expat community during the onset of the global pandemic. Each week, we interviewed speakers including Patrick Duigan, the Regional Migration Health Advisor at IOM for the United Nations Migration and shared resources about travel restrictions. We invited Frantzces Lys to a live online interview with the goal of equipping our community with tangible tools to manage the emotional, mental, and personal impact that came with the aftermath of the pandemic. Our audience felt uplifted, inspired and we received comments of appreciation for the information shared. What really stands out about Frantzces’ coaching skills is the way that she integrates her deep knowledge with her compassionate and gentle spirit to communicate in a way that feels relatable. Frantzces is dedicated to sharing herself and the necessary tools we need as a collective to heal, grow, and prosper.
