The Liberated Woman: Heal The Conflict Within & Reignite Your Joy
Sometimes we think we’ve healed some wounds but they continue to show up in different ways. And what I’ve found was the same thinking patterns and coping styles that got you to where you are currently will not get you to where you’re looking to be.
And that’s because you need to heal the conflict within. But sometimes it’s so blended with our daily lives that we don’t even notice it.
When I left the states, I was in dire need of a change. A change so revolutionary that when I looked at myself in the mirror, that I wouldn’t recognize myself (in a good way). I wanted a change that had me speaking in a language that I’ve never spoken before. I wanted to go from I could never do that to someone who does “do that”. I knew the life I had wasn’t the life I wanted to continue living.
How would your life be different if all your self-doubts and fears disappeared? If you woke up the next day and you had unlimited resources at your disposal? How would you move differently in the world, what would the work you do look like? What would the relationship with yourself and others look like?
We often don’t even take a moment to dream about the possibilities of a different life. We don’t even give ourselves the permission to dream. If you dreamed in terms of your potential instead of your current capabilities, how would it change your dream?
Do you fall in one of these traps?
The Superwoman: You’re the go to person in your family. Meaning, you get things done. You’re always executing. People call you to “fix” things. So many people put their trust in you because they know you’re the one to get it done. You are juggling a full-time career, possibly children, a spouse, yet no one seems to ask you, how are you really doing? Everyone seems to think you’re fine. And even when you do give someone the opportunity to do something, you’re most likely disappointed by the outcome. So, you step in and take over. This isn’t sustainable, and you can’t do it all.
The Overthinker: You’re great at problem solving. You can think your way through almost any situation. Life can sometimes seem pretty black and white for you. You most likely intellectualize every situation and it’s hard for you to feel things through. It’s hard for you to express and get in touch with your feelings. You work best with tasks and checking things off your to do list. You tend to be an overachiever and want to do things “right”. But, simultaneously, it’s keeping you disconnected in your relationships and you’re finding out there’s a lot of miscommunication between you and everyone else around you.
The Self-Development Junkie: You’ve done it all. You know all of the mental health terminologies. You can easily dictate the things you’ve been working on. But, despite “working” on yourself, you’re finding that, there are still some things that haven’t healed. There is still some old wounding that remains present. Some unresolved things that are getting in the way of you living the kind of life that you’d hope to live. So, you find yourself looping and stuck in a cycle of learning and doing but never being.
Well, we’re done with that. Below is your roadmap to liberation and to finally heal the conflict within. This group coaching will allow you to watch others get coached because when you do, you’ll be coached as well. You’ll receive support from each other in this group because often we do things in isolation without social support. Being part of a group reduces isolation and stigma. When you see your peers making progress it’s going to inspire you to do the same. Lastly, remember transformation isn’t a future activity, it’s a present day activity.
Week 1: Orientation
Here we spend time introducing you to the layout of the program. You’ll meet your fellow defyers.
Week 2: Design the life you want to live.
Have you sat down to think deeply about the life you want to live? Have you thought about the legacy you want to leave behind? In this week, I’ll take you through a series of exercises. We will begin with the end in mind.
Week 3: Fear & risks are your friends.
We will work through your fears and take risks during this week. You’ll learn the FEAR method and the DARE method so that you can begin to work alongside fear. No more leading with fear and avoiding risks. It’s time to get uncomfortable.
Week 4: Learn to heal unresolved conflict within.
This will be the most challenging week. We are going deep.
We’ll dive deep into your core beliefs and old disempowering stories. We’ll explore the challenges you’ve faced and overcame. If we don’t explore the roots, you’ll find yourself revisiting lessons that still need to be learned. You’ll find yourself wondering why it’s hard to execute and follow through. So this lesson is heavy but the goal is to rewrite your narrative. In life, you can always “edit” yourself. This is where we heal the conflict within.
Week 5: Clarify your values, beliefs and strengths.
You may have a loose idea what your values and beliefs are but most of us don’t lead our lives steadfast with our values. This week we’ll explore what those are and narrow down themes that come up. Then we’ll explore based on your values, what’s getting in the way of you remaining consistent. Decisions become easier to make when you are clear about your values and beliefs.
Week 6: Practicing what you've learned.
With support you’ll begin to practice the different ways that you can lean into the challenges. I always encourage my clients, in which micro-ways can you practice the stuff that’s way too difficult to do in the broader sense. This is a great opportunity to practice safely and with support, so that you can feel confident to approach future (and current) challenges.
Week 7: Finalizing Your Exit Strategy Healing Plan
It’s game time! We’re all hands on deck. This is where you create your Liberated Roadmap. At this point, you have everything you need to make everything you want come to life.
Week 8: Feedback & Wrap-Up & Reflection
You’ve learned a lot these past few weeks. This week we’ll focus on reflecting about our time together.
Don't let your dreams die with you.

Truth be told, until you’ve tried, you have no idea! I will tell you this, when you’re ready, willing and open, nothing will stop you. When you’re finally ready for a different kind of life, and you have the support and resources to make this happen, you will be unstoppable.
