Being stuck is a state of mind. Some may argue this idea because life has its highs and its lows. The reality is there are many situations that are painful to navigate.
But the goal of that above statement isn’t to devalue or to not recognize this to be the case. Your life has to change when you’re feeling stuck. And it has to change fast. You are a perishable item. Therefore, use your time (and life) wisely.
Many of you are wondering, how exactly do you do that? How do you become unstuck from your current situation? How do you live a life that you love? Sometimes it may seem hopeless because it’s difficult to see the rainbow amidst a tsunami.
But let’s take a moment to challenge this belief. You have an attachment to an old set of beliefs, patterns, and behaviors. This keeps you stuck. See those old ways of being and existing in the world helped you at some point in your life. But you’re not able to move forward because you’re using an old formula for new circumstances.
Which means, challenge yourself to see, think and feel different. In other words, change the formula. By doing so, you can move forward with your life. Change the way you do things. Especially, if you want to experience significant improvements in your life.
In Viktor Frankl’s book, Man Search For Meaning he says, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves. Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”

“It always seems impossible until it is done.” Nelson Mandella
“For the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: ‘If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?’ And whenever the answer has been ‘No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.” Steve Jobs

“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.” Lao Tzu

“The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide that you’re not going to stay where you are.” Unknown

Conditions are never perfect. ‘Someday’ is a disease that will take your dreams to the grave with you. Pro and con lists are just as bad. If it’s important to you and you want to do it ‘eventually,’ just do it and correct course along the way.” Tim Ferriss
